  • The Odyssey Writing Gloves

Save 10% when you buy any three pair of Writing Gloves with code: LOVE-GLOVES

Ithaca is calling. The Odyssey Writing Gloves bring home the most classic tale of adventure and daring with a passage from Homer's epic poem printed in English, in a Greek-style font. Sewn from super soft, navy knit with white ink, our one-size-fits-most gloves will keep your fingers free for creating your own epic masterpiece. Our Writing Gloves are accented with decorative serging at the finger openings and along the inner seam and the outside edge is gathered with elastic. Glove circumference is about 7.5" around the palm and arm and they measure approximately 8" in length when worn.

    Reviews

"My only problem is that the size is pretty small and "1 size fits most" doesn't seem true. My hands are not even that big as a adult male. Otherwise it seems great and I'll propbably give it to my niece."

    Awesome gloves!

"Love these gloves! They were a bit snug but I quickly got used to them and rewear them!"

    James S. (5/5)

    MY FAVORITES

"This was a repurchase because I misplaced my other ones 😂 but I absolutely LOVE this print so much!!!"

    Zandee D. (5/5)

    Absolutely amazing!!!

"I suffer from osteoarthritis, so this really helps me a lot when it comes to writing and on top of that they called me to make sure they had the right address when I forgot to put a mailbox number in."

    Haylee S. (5/5)

    Very nice. Love them.

"Very nice. Keeps my hands warm."

    Johanna C. (5/5)

"So cute but a little tight."

    Breeanne (4/5)

Worst font choice - an unreadable mess if you know Greek

"Like others commenting here, seeing the poor choice of lettering ruined what would otherwise be the most exciting collection added yet. If you know Greek, these are basically headache-inducing to look at, as the text becomes horribly muddled. Would love to see the text properly done, either in Greek or using proper Latin letters, and would likely purchase the whole collection immediately for myself and others if done."

    love theses, hope to see

"love theses, hope to see a matching scarf soon"

    Megan L. (5/5)

    My new favorite!

"When I saw these gloves, I knew instantly that I would be getting them. I bought a Jane Austen pair for a friend of mine a while back and I have been dying to get my hands on a pair for myself but I was waiting for a specific theme! I am so glad to see that The Odyssey has made an appearance! It's one of my ALL TIME favorite Classics! (It's what started me on my Greek Mythology Obsession!)"

    Zandee D. (5/5)

    Such potential, awful font!

"I was so excited to order these, but then I took a look at the font. For someone who can read Homer in the original Greek, using a capital sigma as an E and a psi as a Y is just as cringeworthy as printing English text with tons of typos in it. Let me know when you print the text in Homeric Greek instead of a misguided English/Greek hybrid, and I'll be ordering several and telling all my classics friends!"
