"I decided to get a bracelet when they were on sale. I like the bracelet, but it was impossible for me to clasp it even with two hands prior to trying to wear it. I contacted customer service and they were really helpful and sent me one that they prestretched and was already able to be closed. The hole on my original one was just way too small for me to get the ball through. Apparently, the blue leather is more difficult to stretch."
