Welcome A Princess of Mars and Tarzan!

We have added A Princess of Mars and Tarzan book apparel lines to our Storiarts collection in both Book Scarves and Writing Gloves! To celebrate, we're offering 10% off both titles this Thursday through Monday. Shop now!

Owner Tori explains her favorite parts about working on these lines were the endless resources for Tarzan and the extensive image librarycountless comic strips, movie posters, book illustrations, patterns, and more.

"I could have spent days pouring over all the imagery available and examples of past clothing designs. It was really mind blowing to get a larger understanding of where Tarzan has been in pop culture," she describes.

Of the two titles, A Princess of Mars is Tori's favorite novel because of it's old school feel. "The main character is a self declared southern gentleman, the beautiful female protagonist is a damsel in distress but not the helpless kind, and again the imagery is really incredible; there are some very creative creatures," Tori explains.

“No fiction is worth reading except for entertainment. If it entertains and is clean, it is good literature, or its kind. If it forms the habit of reading, in people who might not read otherwise, it is the best literature.” ― Edgar Rice Burroughs
