Storiarts + Litworld Impact Report: You made 2020 a better year

Let's face it, 2020 was a rough one. But there were some bright spots thanks to Storiarts customers.

Storiarts isn't just here to sell beautiful literary goods, but to make the world a better place. We donate a portion of every purchase to LitWorld, supporting their work to help kids worldwide learn to read, write, and create. Through our partnership you had a bigger impact than ever last year!

Thanks to your purchases, we were able to:

• Provide 11 tablets and food kits to about 2,000 LitClub members and their families in India.
• Sponsor an entire year of virtual programs in Mississippi, Maryland, and Alabama.
• Fund Litworld partners in Pakistan, allowing them to deliver books and writing supplies, along with hygiene products and basic provisions, to children and families when they needed it most. We were also able to support Moms LitClub in sewing thousands of masks that were distributed across the communities to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
• Provide much needed books for over 200 children in Colombian LitClubs, expanding their collection with new and inspirational stories!
• Supply necessary materials for over 150 LitClub members in Honduras, which enabled them to continue programming at a distance by putting weekly activity guides into mailboxes around the community where LitKids can pick them up.
• Support World Read Aloud Day events in Zambia, making it possible for over 200 people to join together and celebrate the power of reading aloud.
• Sponsor a Day of the Girl celebration for 100 children and community members in Liberia, uniting the community in celebrating the power of girls.
